Introduction

Hello Fit people,

Let me introduce myself to you all. I am a student in a University in Mumbai, studying IT and Fitness Management. As we all know, we are going through a drastic situation which has stopped our lives and work. We are stuck at home and gaining weight day by day. We are not allowed to leave our homes, open our offices, just behaving like a house person and doing nothing at home.

So, I thought as I am a fitness student, that I should write a fitness blog especially in these days when people are in desperately need of. It is my duty to serve people and to acknowledge them about how fitness is so much important in our lives.

We all must be feeling that, when were living our normal lives, in the pre – corona period, we used to talk and run around all over the places. But during corona, we all are going through leg pains, strains, muscles pain, headaches and different types of difficulties. So this blog will provide a guide to you all that how to be fit in these days and post – corona, because we are going to face many more critical situations after this pandemic ends too.

But, If you follow my guidelines and follow as per my suggestions, I promise you I will not mislead you and degrade you.
